After selecting my Google account, it said to turn on 2-step authentication, but this was already done.  The fix is to go to <a href=\"https:\/\/accounts.google.com\/SmsAuthConfig\">https:\/\/accounts.google.com\/SmsAuthConfig<\/a> and select Android next to Mobile application.  This will show a bar code in your browser that you can scan with Google Authenticator (using the &#8220;scan barcode&#8221; option rather than selecting your email account).
