KDE Development Libraries

KSubtile needs some KDE development libraries I didn't already have loaded. These were aquired thusly:
apt-cache pkgnames kde to see what I had, then
apt-get install kdebase-devel
apt-get install kdelibs-devel to get what I was missing.
