This was an easy upgrade:
- Perform a ROM backup with ROM Manager
- Copy the backup somewhere off the phone
- Download the SNAPSHOT-M3 zip file and the Google Apps zip
- Put both zip files on the phone in
/sdcard/0 - Boot into recovery mode
- Wipe cache
- Install CM and Gapps from SDCard
- Reboot
- No issues at at all!
