- Start ROM Manager
- Boot into recovery
- Select Backup and Restore, then Backup
- Copy the backup to your computer
- Download CyanogenMod
- Run
adb push update-cm-9-20120510-NIGHTLY-toro-signed.zip /sdcard/. - On the phone, select “wipe cache”
- On the phone, select “install zip from sdcard”, “choose zip from sdcard”, select update.zip above.
